Privacy Policy

When you send an enquiry, book a visit or RSVP for an event, we collect what you enter: your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number, your child's name, the class you're interested in, your preferred start date, whether you need half day or full day, and your message.

Like most websites, the site also records basic technical information, such as your browser type and the pages you visit, to keep it working and secure.

We only ask for what we need to plan a visit or a place: your child's name and the class you're asking about. Please don't send medical or other sensitive details through the website. We collect what we need at enrolment, with your consent as your child's parent or guardian.

Photos of children at Royal Kids on this website never show their faces.

To reply to your enquiry, arrange and confirm visits and events, and talk with you about a place for your child. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

The website, its enquiry form, bookings and event RSVPs run on Wix, which stores the information on our behalf. Wix's servers may be outside South Africa.

Only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or your child's enrolment, and as long as the law requires us to keep school records.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email royalkidsmontessori1@gmail.com or call 011 702 3241 and we'll respond as soon as we can.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
